Football is an exciting and fun sport that requires strength, agility, and lots of knowledge about the game. Football players must have an immense understanding of the basic rules and regulations before they step out on the field. They must exercise thoroughly throughout the entire year, both in-season and off-season. They must adhere to a strict, healthy diet of good carbs, proteins, and fats. They must wear proper protection and equipment in order to avoid serious injuries including ACL tears, shoulder dislocations, concussions, shin splints, and sprained ankles. Lastly, they should always compete with good sportsmanship and a respect for the game. If the athlete can commit to these rules, they are guaranteed to participate in a great game of football.
